Ginger Studio

The Ginger Studio with a private entrance and private bath, is a cozy bedroom with a queen-sized bed. It’s perfect for a party of two.  There is a bubbling Chinese steamer pot fountain near the door. The unit is equipped with AC,  wifi,  and cable tv . It has its own “Secret Garden,” with a table for two and its own bubbling fountain. Windows open to a view of areca palms. 

The bathroom has a large walk-in shower and no tub. It has a breakfast bar (all utensils, microwave, toaster oven, coffeemaker, under counter refrigerator), and a table for two. Yes, irons, linens, towels, and beach towels are provided.

The Garden Suite

The Garden Suite has a private entrance and private bath. It  is a small one-bedroom suite. It has  a small living/dining/kitchen with a  sofa/day bed. It has a separate bedroom with a queen-sized bed. It has a Bath with a large shower with tile the color of the ocean and no tub. The unit is equipped with AC,  wifi,  and cable tv . The kitchenette has all utensils, microwave, toaster oven, coffeemaker, two burner hot plate and 3/4 size refrigerator.  It has its own private garden area with a charcoal grill.

Perfect for  a party of  two or three. The Garden Suite and the Ginger Studio have an adjoining door between the bedrooms, so when unlocked, it becomes a two-bedroom, two-bath unit that can accommodate 4 or 5 people together.

Two Bedroom Two Bath

Two Bedroom Two Bath unit is the combination of the Garden Suite and the Ginger Studio listed above.  While each unit has separate exterior access  and are separately keyed, when they are rented together they have an interior door which   connects the units through the bedrooms.  

Each unit  has a garden area which is exclusively for the tenants occupying these units.  The Garden Suite has an exterior table for a party of 4 or 5.  

Best of all the location is 10 houses away from the best beach on the island. And yes, irons, towels, beach towels, boogie boards and beach chairs are provided.
