The delightful open-air Garden Suite provides Kailua accommodations. Sheffield House is a retreat from a busy day of sight-seeing. This unit has a private entrance and a private bath. The windows invite the trade winds through the unit. Wake up to the sound of the doves and the wind in the palm trees. The Garden Suite, is a small one-bedroom suite. It has a private garden area, a small living/dining/kitchen with a sofa/day bed. It has a separate bedroom with a queen-sized bed. The Bath has a shower with tiles the color of the ocean and no tub. The kitchenette has all utensils, microwave, toaster oven, two burner hot plate and 3/4 size refrigerator. Linens, towels, beach towels, and an iron are provided.

Cancelation Policy: We ask that everyone be very sure that they want to book before they reserve a room. If you have doubts or concerns that you may not come to Hawaii please do not reserve a room. In some situations such as health issues, travel insurance may be appropriate. However, read the fine print in the insurance policy they have many exclusions. When you reserve the room we take it off the market and will not rent it to others who inquire about those dates. In general, we have a no refund policy on the deposit for our stays. However, in the past, we have refunded when the planes did not fly for weather conditions, pandemics, and in certain other emergency circumstances. We do have a policy of first come first served based on receipt of deposit.
